Josh Koscheck is part of the group of MMA fighters which comprised the cast of the UFC's Ultimate Fighter television reality program, The Ultimate Fighter on Spike TV. He is primarily a wrestler, though he is using his prodigious natural athleticism to integrate other fighting styles into his repertoire. Koscheck trains at American Kickboxing Academy in Northern California. He has been praised as a very quick learner and hard worker.
Among others, he holds a win over fellow Ultimate Fight Night contestant Luke Cummo, as well as over the previously undefeated Diego Sanchez, with whom he engaged in a public war of words before the event.
