Profile: Frank Mir is a heavyweight mixed martial artist based out of Las Vegas, Nevada. He is known for breaking Tim Syvia's arm in a 2004 contest which brought Mir the UFC heavyweight title. After his victory Mir broke his femur in a motorcycle accident and was stripped of this title as the champion. While he sometimes contributes to the UFC's play-by-play commentating, he has now returned to competition and trains under Marc Laimon at Kobra Kai.
