UFC Fight Night: Kape vs. Almabayev Main Card Predictions
Manel Kape vs. Asu Almabayev Prediction
Manel Kape is a dangerous fighter on his day, and despite having seven losses on his 20-7 record, he rarely takes easy fights.
At one point in his career, he was being dodged by many of the top fighters, so he should enjoy facing someone like Asu Almabayev, who is 21-2.
Almabayev is 3-0 since joining the UFC, with all three wins coming by decision. He was meant to fight Steve Erceg but instead gets the main event against Kape, and we’re not surprised to see him at +205 with UFC odds.
Kape is the classier fighter and we believe he deserves a chance at the flyweight title.

Cody Brundage vs. Julian Marquez Prediction
Winning fights hasn’t come easy for Brundage and Marquez, so the loser of this fight is in real trouble of becoming irrelevant.
Brundage knocked out Zachary Reese in 2023 before being submitted by the talented Bo Nickel last year. That was expected, and he did well to get to the second round. He’s a +150 underdog against Marquez, which is surprising.
Marquez is 9-5 following three consecutive losses, and he hasn’t won since 2021. The 34-year-old was KO’d by Reese last year, so that form line favors Brundage, and we’re not worried by the lack of betting support.

Nasrat Haqparast vs. Esteban Ribovics Prediction
Esteban Ribovics is unbeaten in the UFC after posting recent wins over Daniel Zellhuber and Terrance McKinney. The victory over McKinney took just 37 seconds before going the full three rounds against a tough Zellhuber.
We like his form entering this fight against Haqparast, who has more experience, and is riding a four-fight winning streak. The 29-year-old’s last loss came to King Green in 2022, and he has beaten the likes of Jamie Mullarkey and Jared Gordon since.
There isn’t much between them, but Ribovics has a bright future, and we agree with the –250 odds available.

Austen Lane vs. Mario Pinto Prediction
Most of the early money has come for Mario Pinto at –340, and he’s the more exciting heavyweight in this fight.
He is a perfect 9-0 after fighting in lower-grade organizations, but he has looked devastating, and he deserves a chance to fight on the main card of a Fight Night event.
Lane is the much older fighter, which is never ideal in this division, and although he has 13 wins on his record, we think he’ll do well to exit the first round. Pinto will come for him, and it’ll be an all-out war in the opening five minutes.
Take Pinto to win by knockout and to make a stellar first impression.

Hyder Amil vs. William Gomis Prediction
There is always some intrigue with unbeaten fighters, but Hyder Amil hasn’t attracted too much attention with UFC betting markets.
The 34-year-old is 2-0 in the UFC, with both wins coming by knockout, but William Gomis has better wins on his record. He defeated Joanderson Britto in September and Yanis Ghemmouri in 2023, so there are no holes in his record.
There has been a stack of money for Gomis at –200, and he’s worth including in UFC parlays.
