UFC Fight Night: Walker vs. Zhang Main Card Predictions
Johnny Walker vs. Mingyang Zhang
The crowd will go nuts if Zhang were to beat Walker, and we’re picking him to score another dominant victory in the UFC.
Since arriving in the UFC, Zhang has been a dominant force, and he’s a sneaky chance to fight for the light heavyweight belt in 2026. It’s within the realm of possibility, especially if he beats Walker on Saturday night in Shanghai.
Zhang has knockout wins over Anthony Smith, Ozzy Diaz, and Brendson Ribeiro. Those are three tough fighters to beat, and knocking out Smith is a credit to his power.
Walker is a quality fighter, but momentum is with Zhang, and we’re taking the –350 odds. There is also value with a KO win at -250.

Brian Ortega vs. Aljamain Sterling
There has been a lot of money for Aljamain Sterling, but there is more heart with Brian Ortega, and he’s our best bet for this fight.
Ortega is a tale of what could have been had he avoided injuries, but at 16-4, it has still been an excellent career. He comes off a tough loss to Diego Lopes, where he went three rounds, and that should give him confidence.
He submitted Yair Rodriguez earlier this year, so he has been a busy fighter in 2025. That bodes well against Sterling, who arguably never should have become bantamweight champion in the first place. He was beaten by Movsar Evloev last year and hasn’t fought since.
The -350 odds are too short, so take Ortega at value.

Sergei Pavlovich vs. Waldo Cortes-Acosta
Included in our UFC Fight Night predictions is Sergei Pavlovich to beat Waldo Cortes-Acosta. Pavlovich has only three losses on his record, and he looked good when battering Jairzinho Rozenstruik over three rounds in February.
He scored two takedowns and landed more significant strikes, so although it wasn’t a knockout win, going three rounds is always a good sign for heavyweights.
Cortes-Acosta has only one loss on his record, but he hasn’t fought at the same level as Pavlovich. Therefore, we’re snapping up the -225 odds and including the favorite in our UFC parlay picks this week.

Su Mudaerji vs. Kevin Borjas
Most of the money has come for Su Mudarji, but we’re backing Kevin Borjas to come up with the goods on Saturday.
The 27-year-old comes off a decision win over 17-3 Ronaldo Rodriguez, and that fight was better than he’s getting credit for. He controlled the Octagon well, and although he didn’t throw a lot of punches, he didn’t need to.
He stuffed four takedown attempts, so his defense was good, and Mudarji could struggle to connect with his power punches. He also gets taken down often, so he’s not a submission threat for Borjas to worry about.
Take the +146 odds as a solid UFC value bet.

Taiyilake Nueraji vs. Kiefer Crosbie
A big win awaits Taiyilake Nueraji, who is 11-1 and making his UFC debut. He has been excellent in easier organizations, scoring all 11 wins by stoppage.
That’s bad news for Kiefer Crosbie, who already has five losses from 15 fights, and he could count this as number six. He’s not good enough to keep up with Nueraji, who could end the fight in the first round.
The –470 odds are very short, so take the -165 for a KO/TKO win. We can’t see this fight going the distance, and it could end in the first two rounds.
